iPhone 14: Faulty Device or known problems?

i bought and iPhone 14 this week (21-05-2024) and I have had problems since initial set up. I transferred all my data over from my previous phone and that was ok. But now using the phone I constantly have apps crashing, all apps not just a select few. I have restarted my device several times, deleted and reinstalled the apps and that doesn’t work. I also have display issues with my keyboard and text that appears on the screen, not all letters display correctly. I am on iOS 17 and it says no updates available.

are these known issues or do I have a faulty device?

thanks!

Are you on the latest version iOS 17.5.1? If not, try and update the iPhone via a pc or mac to get the latest version

See this link on how to do that: Updating/upgrading your iPhone - Apple Community

  1. If that is not working please try and force restart your iPhoPress and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

ne to see if the issues persist
