iPhone 13 flickering screen

When updating to iOS 17.5.1, my iPhone 13 screen flickered. The issue was not resolved, and a local vendor replaced the display, costing me 200 USD. This also reduced the second-hand market value of the phone to 100 USD, as it was listed as an unknown device due to software incompatibility. In Sri Lanka, there is no Apple Care, and it is useless to spend another 200 USD to send it to Apple Care. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel victimized by the company's fault.

i’m having a flickering problem too. Every time I load a new webpage there is an annoying flicker of bright light before it opens. I searched for “screen flickering” in general (ie not Apple or iOS specifically) and it looks like this is a common problem and it’s software, not hardware, based. I am barely technically-literate so I could only make out that it’s some kind of communication problem between the website and the browser.
