How do I get a refund for an in-app purchase that failed, but deducted from my bank account?

I bought a super leagues3 upgrade package of the game Fishing Casino - Ocean King. While paying, the game crashed. When I re-enter the game, the purchase option doesn't work. But the money is deducted, sometimes the game is like that. I have pictures to give you, but I can't attach them. Lost money but didn't get anything back, hope you return it.
