App Store disappears once restrictions are turned on

App Store disappeared, if I disable content and restriction it appears

The setting you want to check is at Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing Apps. Make sure this is set to Allow.

After updating to iOS 17.6 this is no longer a problem
