Can I answer calls on my iPhone without swiping?

I have a tremor that prevents me from swiping to answer calls when my phone is locked and iI can’t find any accessibility options to help me. I’m sure I’m not the only person with this problem and feel like I’m being discriminated against. Am i missing something?
