ive shut it off lots of times and does not help, its a old phone but it works perfectly finr theres just a dead line where i cant do anuthing and interfers with all my stuff

theres a dead spot on my phone not allowing me to tpye etc and when i go to update i have to enter my passcodem and i cannot cause part of my passcode is in the dead spot so i cannot update my phone
