MacBook Air 15” 2024 is not accepting all key strokes

not accepting all key strokes- I would wipe and restart from scratch But online Apple doesn’t have this model listed. So the DIY information is not available

Is your MacBook Air an M2 or M3 2024 model?

By "wipe and restart" are you referring to completely erasing the laptop's system drive, and then, installing a fresh copy of macOS?
