I select contacts who can text me while I'm in Work focus mode, but I still receive ALL my notifications, from all apps and all contacts. I've looked into it in depth and I've set it up how people online say to set it up, but I still receive every notification. Little help?

The first thing I'd do is delete the focus and start fresh.
Some settings to check: Tap on options (just under people) and make sure you have it set to Silence Notifications>Always. On the People tab, make sure you have "Allow Calls From" set to "Allowed People Only." Also make sure that, at the top of that page, you have "Allow Notifications From" checked, not "Silence Notifications From."
