How do I select all contacts in ALLOW NOTIFICATIONS FROM in FOCUS?

Is there a way to select all my contacts in one tick rather than one by one?

The easier way of accomplishing what you want Focus to do is by selecting SILENT NOTIFICATIONS FROM and then leave the Add People section blank. This will allow notifications from everyone.

NOTE: If you do not want your iPhone to ring when you get phone calls from those who are not in your contacts, then you can open Settings ➡️ Phone ➡️ Silence Unknown Callers: Set this switch to ON.
