I have used my iPhone for years to check my Walmart MasterCard balance. Yesterday I was unable to login. I get a message that says Safari cannot open because it’s an invalid address. However, using the same ip address I can login from a PC computer. I don’t understand why suddenly I cannot access my Walmart Mastercard account on my Apple products.

I had this same issue. I called the Walmart Rewards customer service and first they told me my internet was the problem. It wasn’t. Everything else was working fine. Then they told me the website is not compatible with Apple products. I was like since when? They don’t know but that’s what the representative kept telling me over and over. No other solution. I have chrome downloaded on my iPad so I tried to sign in that way and was successful. So I guess if you want to access the website using an Apple product you need to use Chrome.

iPhone->Settings->Safari->scroll down and tap "Clear History and Website Data” Try again.
