Editable document with non-editable elements

I am trying to create items for a teacher share website. I want purchasers to be able to edit text, but NOT be able to change my graphics. I am using an iPad Pro. I currently use Excel as a paste-up board, then convert my files to pdf before uploading, but this will not allow text box editing.

Suggestions?

I don't have a need to share / collaborate and don't recall inviting anyone . I've tried : turning off smart annotation , the paragraph style in the Table of Contents & comments . Files app on iPad Pro Hi, For a while now, I’m using my iPad with Magic Keyboard as my main device whenever I’m away from my desk. Overall this experience has been great, except for one thing. When opening PDFs in the files app, it automatically fills the entire screen, and I can’t seem to figure out how to zoom out without closing the entire document. I was wondering if I’m missing something as I would really like to use the files app because I think its great to mark text in. In the meantime, I’ll be using adobe, which does allow me to zoom out.

You need a professional software to make the PDF and editable PDF. Acrobat Pro (not Reader) is a popular option, but is fairly expensive.
