Why is this emoji not a thing?

Why is there not an emoji to convey sticking your tongue out at someone? This could be used in so many situations, in a flirtatious way, trying to tease someone, or just something to send when irritated. I feel like it would be a good addition to the emoji selection because of its highness in demand in popularity.
