How to add money to Apple Cash

How can I add money to Apple Cash to pay for my subscriptions? My debit card got shut down because I was hacked and now I can’t find a way to pay for any of my subscriptions, for instance my Apple Music!? I’ve purchased MANY prepaid cards and have been unsuccessful with all of them!? PLEASE HELP
