Iphone 11 battery

My iphone 11 isn’t charging beyond a certain point.

My phone’s battery gets stuck at 87% and when i restart it, it shows 92% and now its been 20-25 mins and it shows 95%.. PLEASE HELP

This is a sign that the battery is declining.

What is the current reading for Maximum Capacity on your battery?

Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity

If the reading is 80% or less, replace the battery. If the reading is in the low 80s, you have another month or two on the battery.
