sirius issue black screen no response on Iphone 12 other apps working good

Sirius App ony for streaming no luck to open sirius app or any other version sirius apps. Have a apple Iphone 12. Other than that Iphone is working normally with no issues. Tech support no help to resolve issue.

Sirius XM app stops playing on iPhone when screen turns off After replacing my IPhone 13 to 16 the SiriusXM app would stop playing after one or two songs. Nothing I did helped. I saw I conversation on here that I couldn’t reply to so I’m posting this. Every suggestion in comments in that post did nothing, so I thought maybe it’s something in the App Store. Lo and behold I found out that my app (SXM) that I had on my phone wasn’t even available anymore. So I looked further and the new app is bluish block with a white S that has a star shaped into it. since installing and using same user name and password I’ve had zero issue on phone or CarPlay. hope this helps. iPhone connecting to CarPlay turns off Sirius XM As a passenger in a car and my phone is charging, it connects to car play. Then my apps turn off Sirius xm. How can I turn this off?

Have you tried:

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
Force-closing the app→How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Deleting the app, then re-downloading it from the App Store
