Safari Private Mode Gone

I had private mode on Safari until about 3 weeks ago. I have an iPhone 11 and iOS 17. The private mode button isn’t even there anymore.

Check at Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions > Web Content, and make sure it is set to Unrestricted.
