Frequent Restarting and kernel panic MacBook Pro 1502 mid 2014

My MacBook Pro al of a sudden started the kernel panic, random restarting, took it for service, no change, then formatted and reinstalled big sur os still same problem, changed the battery, same problem.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

The problem showing in that report is Machine Check, a serious hardware problem.

it was reported by all four processors, suggesting an issue in Hardware common with all four processors such as shared processor cache hardware.


Unfortunately, Genius Bar technicians and Apple-Authorized Service Providers are not trained to read panic reports, so if your Mac passes the diagnostic while they are testing it, they have no recourse but to return it to you, unchanged.


That Mac is getting so old, there may be no new parts available to swap the mainboard that holds the processor. Your alternative is to find a used mainboard, and a repair person who can swap for you.

Take it back if you still have an issue— does not sound like the issue was resolved.


A virgin install of the macOS should not cause kernel panics—this would indicate a hardware issue.
