few days back i have upgraded my device from iphone 8 plus to iphone X, Phonepe n Google pay worked on Iphone 8 plus model, but now Complete Iphone X not supporting any UPI.... Any Solution for it..

Apple has absolutely NOTHING to do with your UPI application. Complain to the UPI app developer who is the one who has chosen to NOT support iPhones which can't be updated to iOS 17 or higher. And blaming Apple for not brining iOS 17 to a phone released in 2017, fully 7 years ago is also wrong. The fact is a phone released 7 years ago doesn't have the processing power to run iOS 17. Either don't use the app since your UPI App developer no longer supports your phone or buy a newer, more modern iPhone. It's that simple.

With some apps that only handle UPI payments, the app developer might set the minimum iOS version to 17.0 – and then you would be unable to even download the latest version of the app to an older phone. Either way, it is UPI guidelines that are locking out iPhones that cannot update as far as iOS 17.
UPI apps may not work on your iPhone X if the device's region settings are incorrect or if the apps aren't updated to support your device. Check and set the region to India in Settings > General > Language & Region, and update the apps to their latest versions.

You are not speaking to Apple here.
Apple does not have to "to send request for Upi guildlines to work Upi apps on iOS 16.7.10". If you want to send a request to NPCI (National Payment Corporations of India), send it yourself.
Apple also doesn't have to "give ios 17 iPhone 8 series and iPhone X." For those iPhones, iOS 16 is the end of the line, and this will not change just because NPCI has abandoned iOS 16 users.

So that means if you want to use UPI Apps, which chose to no longer support any version lower than iOS 17, a decision THEY made, NOT Apple, then you need to buy a newer, more modern iPhone if you want to use these banking Apps. The feature seems to be "United Payments Interface (UPI) device validation", and part of the implementation is a Message UI method called "setUPIVerificationCodeSendCompletion." There is also a property list item, called "com.apple.developer.upi-device-validation," whose value indicates whether that validation method is available on the current device.
They didn't. They decided they would rather lock out your phone than do without the feature. They could still change their policy and allow UPI transactions on older versions of iOS that do not have the new feature, if they wanted to do so. But I bet that they won't.
Let's say that you could convince NPCI to relent. That wouldn't automatically mean that you could start making UPI payments on older iPhones. You'd need to go to the UPI payment app vendors and say, "Now that NPCI has relented, could you do the work to support older iPhones?" Same thing if you could convince Apple to back-port the feature to iOS 16. Apple does not control NPCI or UPI payment app vendors. If an app requires a minimum of iOS 17 now, you would need to convince the app vendor to release a new version with a lower requirement.
As a practical matter, when was the last time you ever seen any app developer decrease the minimum version of iOS required to run their app?
I am facing the same but i got a solution and its working fine if u remember whatsapp also supports payments just go to whatsaap setting then payments and link you bank acc but the only issue is u can send and receive money there us no other option like recharge and dth recharge but for reacharges i use my sim provider app my jio app but its good for normal daily transactions its got scan and pay it even got its own upi id i hope it help you out

That sounds right. Even if a banking app let you do non-UPI-type things on a version of iOS earlier than iOS 17, I believe UPI payments would now require iOS 17 or later.
One post I saw suggests that this is a response to a common type of UPI payment fraud, so you can "thank" the scammers who engage in UPI payment fraud for encouraging NPCI to drop support for older versions of iOS and by extension, older iPhones.
UPI is very awesome app I know. If you want to use UPI you need your phone to be at least iOS 17. If your phone ain’t iOS 17 or iPhone XS. You can try WhatsApp Messenger UPI which is newly launched. I tried WhatsApp UPI on my iPhone 8 with iOS 16 and it’s working properly without asking "You need requirement of iOS 17".
