How do I search Safari bookmark folder names?

I can type a phrase in the bookmark search field but it only returns links within the folders. If I'm trying to find a specific folder (I have dozens), how do I search for this? It's really maddening.

How to find a folder to bookmark a page in when the folder is deeply buried or part of a very long list. This is something that most people have encountered. How do I add a Bookmark Folder in Safari? I have tried to follow the advice on this page: Add a bookmarks folder in Safari on Mac - Apple Support (TJ) But the three-dots menu button mentioned at Paragraph 3 is nowhere to be seen on my Mac, so I'm a bit stuck. Any suggestions please?
