Apple subscriptions cannot process upgrades!
I bought a subscription for Tinder Plus. Cancelled it immediately to avoid it from extending after 2025. Tinder offered me an upgrade to Tinder Gold 5 minutes after that for 3000 COP per month.
And instead of an upgrade, apple charged me a completely new subscription for Tinder gold!
Tinder support answered I should have bought over their web interface instead.
Apple team: advice your customers you are unable to process upgrades!!!
I had to make a claim in Apple and the idiots reimbursed me Tinder Gold and they didnt reactivate Tinder Plus and there is no f***** way to make a claim for Tinder Plus over the reimbursement page, which was the previous transaction.
I hate it when there is no way to reach a human that understands and makes a correct reimbursement!
