Why is my left AirPod louder than my right after the 6F7 update?

I just updated to the new AirPods Pro 2nd generation 6F7 update. right after I updated I noticed that my left AirPod was way louder than my right AirPod, and the audio was not balanced at all. I just got these a month ago brand new from Apple. I Took my AirPods Pro into the Apple Store and they ran some tests on them. They said that there’s nothing wrong with the AirPods, which was strange because there was. But they gave me new ones anyways. I tried the new AirPods out and they were not an improvement at all. it must be the new 6F7 update. I have this same problem with this on all my other Apple products. Does anyone know what is going on here? And is there anyone else that is having the same issue?

Exactly my experience. I ended up wasting over 3 hours on the phone with a data analyst and senior tech support from apple.

Latest move was that they’ll escalate to the engineering team.

He also mentioned that no other person was experience issues with AirPod pros due to the 6F7/6F8 firmware update which is CLEARLY not the case.

Seems quality control is got tossed in the drain.
