I want to move voice memos from my phone to my computer, but the voice memo app doesn't appear in 'File sharing' lists that are synchronized with iTunes. Let me know another way to be listed there or anything else.
Direct management of voice memos was removed from iTunes back in version 12.7. You should be able to export to Files and access through iCloud Drive.
