Buying and Returning an iPad

I plan to get the new iPad Pro M4 (2024) that just came out when the back-to-school sale starts in the US, but I've heard that there has been a flickering or straining on the eyes problem, especially for people who are light sensitive.

Is it possible to buy an iPad Pro M4 and in the chance that I end up not liking it, return it and get a refund so I can get the iPad Air M2 (2024)? I plan to buy it from Apple directly. Also, I went to the Apple Store to test them out, but I can't tell if I have a problem with it yet; hence, why I'm asking this.

In most countries/regions (including the US) for devices purchased directly from Apple you have 14-days within which you can unconditionally return an undamaged device for exchange or refund.

As such, for practical purposes, you can purchase an iPad from Apple and test it without risk.
