Stolen iPhone XR that had all passwords and logged into my account

Yes I would need help. My daughter’s phone was stolen and mine. She had luckily changed hers her Apple ID email I don’t know I didn’t change my email and is the same as my Apple ID and my carrier is no help with and IYes I would need help. I’m getting credit cards that I didn’t fill out I’ve contacted the police most of the times they will not call me back but I’m gonna stay on it but I just need help logging out of that device or changing my Apple ID or whatever I need to do please if anyone Has any info I know I don’t know much about phone iPhones my daughter is the one that talk me into getting this promax 14 and if anyone out there can give me some assistance I would appreciate it. Thank you. Also a couple months back. I got a notification that there was a tag set up a TA yeah across the street in my neighbors apartment complex. I didn’t think nothing of it and then the other day. My daughter was home at that location but that is not where we live, but her location showed up that she arrived Right here the host and where the tag is set up and how do I remove that I don’t understand what a tag is or how it got on there my device, but any help would be appreciated a key and if so how am I going to buy and then they not see it on here cause they’re getting the phone calls for password verification they’re getting the text messages then yeah but Hopefully someone will respond and tell me first thing I need to do I don’t wanna lose all my babies pictures and recently there is pictures popping up from 2020 when I didn’t have this iPhone pro I had an old device and I don’t even know how they’re getting into my Photos because it’s a different email different phone number But they are appearing in my photos
