why is it not possible to do these 2 things at the same time ?? i'm watching a timelapse video and i want to listen to my own music but it's not possible. why is there not the option to allow both these things at once ?? this is a basic feature

For reasons known only to Apple, the ability to simultaneously play two media/audio streams was removed from iOS/iPadOS.
Apple does invite submission of comments and feature requests via its Product Feedback portal. For iPad and iPadOS:
If you would like to see changes or additional capabilities in a future release of iPadOS, this would be the most appropriate channel through which to direct your request.

You will have to ask Spotify or YouTube why they only allow audio from their app.
