I’m trying to get a refund from a company but they are asking for a four digit number from my Apple Pay. It is different from my bank card number.
Can you give me step by step to access the Apple pay virtual number

They want what is the last 4 digits of your Apple Pay DPAN (Digital Primary Account Number) or more commonly your Apple Pay Number.
Please follow this path,
iPhone > Wallet app > tap card > More Button (3 dots in a circle in upper right corner of screen) > Card Details > Card Information > Apple Pay > last 4 digits of DPAN are displayed.
