Apple TV 4K no ethernet option

So, recently my two APTV, 4k's only show wifi. There is no ethernet option. I have tried forgetting network, rebooting router, apple tv, etc. I also changed out cables to rule out defective cable. As a test, I plugged my MAC into same ethernet port as APTV and immediately recognized ethernet after turning off Wi-Fi.

I have not reset APTV's yet, but think its my only option. What are the chances both Apple TV's exhibit same problem at same time?

Am I missing anything? Frustrating situation. Thank you

Answering my own question as to hopefully help others. It seems both my Apple TV's ethernet ports were fried by a several lighting/thunderstorm. Apple TV itself is fine, but looks like will need to replace both APTV for the ethernet/ streaming.
