The phone dial pad
After changing the SIM, I've lost the dial pad that I previously had when clicking on phone button. Now, all I have is a Voicemail screen. Thanks for your help

Try opening the Phone app and then tapping on the KEYPAD icon at the bottom. That should bring up the Keypad (dial pad).
