I seem to be having problems trying to burn mp4 videos onto my 4.7 gigabite DVD, Well I'll explain the situation: I burned one mp4 video onto my 4,7 gigabite DVD, I eject and re-inserted it the my Apple usb-superdrive. then I try to put a second & and shorter mp4 video barely a few megabytes but when I click "burn to disk" it says: To begin, insert a blank disc. and I don't know what to do, Please help me. :(

All previous replies here aside, that is a single-layer DVD+R disk, and not DVD+RW.
That media is not erasable, and is not rewritable.
The red-highlighted part of the RW logo — DVD+R — is the important part here.
You will need to do what the message suggests here, and insert a blank recordable or rewritable disk.
With SuperDrive, that media can be DVD±R SL, DVD±R DL, DVD±RW SL, CD-R, or CD-RW

You can't do that. Once a disc is finished burning and ejexcted, it is closed and no more data can be added to it.
You would have needed to not close the session when burning the DVD to be able to add more data to it.
DVD's don't work like USB drives.

As I recall you needed something like Toast to use the actual Session writing without erasing the Disc, as the RW specs were never completed...

It would have to be a rewritable disc to use again.
It is but it has to be erased so it can be used again. RW discs are unreliable. DVD discs bought in bulk are inexpensive - Verbatim 50 disc pack is only $16, about 12¢ each. Also I recommend you burn at the slowest speed available to insure the best, most reliable burn.
You would need to erase what was finalized on the RW disk then you can reuse.
You can get the same types of bulk DVDs there in Europe for comparable prices.
If you're burning video DVDs you should use the best quality DVD discs, Verbatim, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden DVD-R were the most recommended in the old iDVD forum, or for important data. RW discs are problematic at best.

Well it did have the RW logo so I automatically assumed it was ReWritable
Well, you see I'm actually European so everything to me in my country (The Netherlands) is in Euros €€€.
