Is there a way to turn on automatic backup on an unavailable iPhone with a non functional screen

It’s an iPhone 11, I dropped it and the screen kept pressing random buttons and it disabled the phone. I am going to buy a iCloud+ 200gb subscription to hopefully back up all the data, if I buy it can it automatically back everything up or is there a way for me to turn it on online?
