Sharing dowloaded cds
I have a lot of cds that I've downloaded to my itunes account. How do I get those on my iphone? Must I pay for Apple Music in order to share music that I already own to my devices?

If they are in iTunes on your computer you can just sync them to your iPhone; you do not need Apple Music, and, actually, Apple Music would complicate the process.

If you have a recent Mac OS version (Catalina or later) use Finder→Use the Finder to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with your Mac - Apple Support
Note Music sync is one way, computer to iPhone. You cannot sync music from the iPhone back to a computer or another device, so you must keep the ripped music in iTunes (or Music on Catalina or later) as backup.
