The U2 album has come back after previously deleting it successfully a couple of years ago. I spent a lot of time and energy deleting this before! And now it’s back. UGH!
Apple needs to make this right.

There used to be a special service 'Remove iTunes gift album "Songs of Innocence" from your iTunes music library and purchases' - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6439 but now you have to contact Apple:
Click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
