That was gifted to users 10 years ago and for 6 years after the release Apple provided a web tool that would remove it from your account. Four years ago they quit offering the user method of removal, probably because they thought that any user who did not want it have long since removed it. Now you just need to contact Apple and they can do it for you. Some users have reported that it came back after they had removed it themselves, but using the link to contact Apple directly will prevent it from coming back.
