I am unable to translate CheckCoverage.apple.com from Chinese to English

It seems that is page gets localized automatically, initially. However you have two options to change that:

• There would be a region selector in the lower right corner of the page. You should be able to change the current country to a different country (and language) through there.
• The URL would get or can get a language-country identifier added to it, which you can change manually: e.g. checkcoverage.apple.com/?locale=en_US I think this will set a cookie, so that it should be automatically as-wanted the next time.
