Change language in Apple Store in browser (not app)

Hi

I would like to buy AirPods as a surprise (birthday present) for a family member who lives abroad, to have them delivered to his address there.

I understand I should use the Apple Store website related to the country he lives in.

However, I do not speak that language and when I go to this store (Apple Finland) I cannot find an option to switch the website to English, everything is written in Finnish.

Is there any way to set the language of a foreign Apple Store to English ?
