Parental Control erased my son's apps

I turned on parental controls on my kids' phones and some of their apps disappeared. Specifically, Reddit and Discord. I customized my controls and set them to "allow all apps." Why are they gone? How do I set my controls so they can have them? I really just want to set a time limit, not an app limit. My oldest is 15 and just on WAY too much.

How do I create a shortcut for parental controls on my Home Screen of an iPhone? Hi I use parental controls on my iPhone several times a day - to extend or start downtime, allow specific apps etc. how do I create a shortcut on my Home Screen so I can just jump in easily.
