parental control - ask for buy - accept to install apps - sometimes just spins

Hello,

Sometimes when my kid asks me for an app, and i click on "install", it just show me a white page with "loading" spinning in the middle, and it newer progress beyond that.

If she asks for another app, i can accept that right away.

If she then asks for the same app as before, it spins again...

Also the "show activity" just tells me that "data will be shown here once its collected", it says "updated 9,30am" when its like 9,35, so it should be updated - but i dont see any data.

How do i progress from here?
