[Family Share] Where do you find shared purchased from your family member?

I remember I was able to see the share purchase when I was added to family share and download certain app. I recently got a new Ipad (10th Gen) and wanted to re-install the purchased app again but was not able to find shared purchase history anywhere. I have already verified with the organizer that the shared purchase is enabled but I'm not able to find it anywhere. In the past, if clicked on the profile in app store it would show "purchase" and be able to find what your family has shared but I'm not able to find this anywhere anymore other than "app" and "purchase history" (this is only for my own Apple ID and not from my family). Does anyone know how do I access previously purchased app from my family as I would like to download the application again without having to spend again. Thanks
