Unable to send sellers messages in Messenger on Facebook Marketplace, but can send the seller a message in Messenger on the sellers Facebook profile page?????
Have deleted and reinstalled both Messenger and Facebook, which has made no difference.
However, can send messages in Messenger on Facebook Marketplace on my iPhone 11 Pro?????

This is something you need to address with the app developer. There may be an update they need to release. I don’t use Facebook Marketplace under any circumstances so I can’t duplicate the issues you are experiencing but Meta would be the first entity to report the issue to.
