Logging into the Apple Music Web Player

Whenever I try to log into the Apple Music Web Player, it won't let me. I will click sign in put in the correct password and email in and it will just redirect me back to the web player, without signing in to my account. The same thing happens if I try to sign in using a passkey. I was able to log into the web player a while ago, but one day a few months ago it just logged me out and I haven't been able to log in since. I have an active Apple Music family membership and Apple Music works fine on my iPhone and on the Apple Music Windows Application, but just not on the web browser. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hey Apple.

I have the same problem as Shriyan_, above.


Adding that I use the Chrome browser and that I have tried logging in using two different MS Windows PCs and both have the same problem.


And obviously, the same user name and password combination has successfully allowed me to log into this Community forum.


Please have a look at the service. An answer would be appreciated.
