Am no expert, yet Apple provide documentation with all the "how to" info., and tips.
The way I understand it, we need to install the classical music app on a phone.or an iPad.
Classical Music downloaded using the app can then be synced to a computer ... I may be wrong.
Both Music apps can be linked.

NB: We need to cancel a free trial at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, if we choose not to be charged for the following subscription period. (We lose access immediately on cancellation).
