I lost my phone a week before and i marked it as a lost and today I received message that my phone internet has been connected and after that i put the apple id and password but it ask for a passcode and when i entered it it is not taking my phone passcode. Can anyone help.

That message wasn't from Apple, they do not get involved with stolen phones.
That message was from a scammer, you just gave them your Apple ID and password.
Log into your account and change the passwords IMMEDIATELY.
Do not expect to ever see your phone again.
