This Apple ID is either not valid or not supported.

Greetings! I received an Iphone 11 pro today from my older brother. He completely reset it to factory settings. I opened the phone and registered my new apple id with my email and number.

I tried to download the application and entered my data in the App store. But after that, it starts asking for re-entry. I can’t log into my apple id, when I enter the data I get the error “This Apple ID is either not valid or not supported.”.

I can’t restore it either, I get the same error when entering my email and password.

What should I do?
