Why my iPhone 14 Pro doesn't show pop-up notifications for AirPods?

why is my iphone 14 pro doesnt have pop up feature when I open any earbuds or airpods it just connected automatically it doesnt show yung pop up thing

it was like when i always open my bluetooth and may earbuds it just connected automatically as always and Im expecting a pop up notification

AirPods Notifications Too Loud – How to Lower Them Without Changing iPhone Ringer? When I’m using AirPods, notification sounds (texts, alerts, etc.) are extremely loud. I would like to lower the notification/ringer volume when audio is playing through AirPods, but keep my normal ringtone and alert volume unchanged when the phone is using its built-in speaker. Lowering “Ringer and Alerts” in Settings affects both AirPods and the iPhone speaker globally. I don’t want my phone’s regular ringtone volume reduced — only the notification sounds in AirPods. “Reduce Loud Sounds” is not a good solution for this, and changing accessibility tone volume doesn’t affect notification sounds. Is there a way in iOS to have separate ringer/alert volume levels for AirPods vs. the iPhone speaker? Or is automation the only workaround?

How can I fix AirPods notification issues on iPhone 16 Pro Max? iPhone 16 pro max iOS 18.3- incoming call notification turned on “announce calls - on” however when apple air pods are connect it does not work as expected (no announcement). Tried resetting AirPods and started fresh setup couple of time no go. Same setup Works on iPhone 12 Pro Max. Thanks! [Re-Titled by Moderator]
