My computer keeps randomly restarting. I have already re-installed the OS and done some clean up using Etrecheck. I am attaching the report. Any help is surely appreciated!
iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 13.6
Update. Machine continued to be unstable, but I finally figured it out. I think it's a combination of the Ventura update along with the aftermarket RAM configuration. Once I remove the OWC RAM, the panics stopped. I then re-installed them with the Apple Memory on Channel A and the OWC on Channel B, rather than the recommended mixing of the RAM's in the channel. Problem solved.

According to EtreCheck, your iMac has hardware related issue, try to check your iMac with Apple Diagnostics if it reports error point.
Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac – Apple Support (AU)
Besides hat the great helper kaz-k says...
You want tom uninstall AVG per their vdirections then run another etrecheck report tom se if it levt any chaffe hanging.
Delete these files & restart...
/Library/LaunchAgents/com.citrix.ReceiverHelper.plist
/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.microsoft.OneDriveUpdaterDaemon.plist
/Library/LaunchAgents/com.microsoft.OneDriveStandaloneUpdater.plist
/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.microsoft.OneDriveStandaloneUpdaterDaemon.plist
/Library/LaunchAgents/com.citrix.ServiceRecords.plist
OK.
Get some kind of drive for a Time Machine backup.
And/or reinstall the OS.:)
I see you still have AVG files on your Mac.:(
And No Time Machine backup.:(
I think once you get a backup or two, you should reinstall the OS.

Thread update. Not sure which solution really did the trick because I had done several, but certainly try these first. Computer is stable. Problem is solved.

Unfortunately, it's doing it again..... New Etrecheck report attached.
Ugh, it's back to it. I will note I have OWC RAM in the machine, but it has been there for about a year without any issues. I also did a RAM test with Rember and no issues.
So problem was present prior to AVG install. This is also a new install of the OS. The is my personal computer but I keep very little data in it.
