iPhone Battery Charging and Percentage

I've had my iPhone 15 since early January 2024, and from the moment I began using it, I've always kept the Charging Optimisation at 80% and have never deactivated it. I've encountered no problems until now. Today, I placed my phone to charge, and as I was about to disconnect it, it indicated that it was still charging at 95%.

I promptly disconnected it, suspecting there might be a glitch, and attempted to restart it. Upon restarting, the battery percentage displayed as 99%. The device is operating on the most recent iOS 17.5.1 version.

It's looking weird.
