To tell my problem i need to tell a story, i broke up with my boyfriend and he died a month ago. 3 months ago I deleted all photos and videos i had with him. now i want them all back. my phone backs up every night, i want to know if my old photos are somewere in a previous back up, and if i can get them back..

I am very sorry, but the photos and videos would have been automatically and permanently deleted from your phone 30 days after they were initially deleted.
The backups on iCloud would have picked up the fact that the photos and videos were deleted, so the photos and videos would have been deleted from the backups as well.
What about those programs that state that unless the memory on your iphone is full, the photos are still in the phone and you can get them back?
