Being tracked by MY AirPods

Question

Suddenly this week, I keep getting notifications that the owner of AirPods Pro can track me.

Thats me.

I’m the owner.

Was there a firmware update or something?

I can’t figure out how to change it.

Another you could try would be a factory reset of the AirPods: Unpair, restart, or reset your AirPods - Apple Support.

Odd indeed. First, reboot the iPhone. Then try to unpair the AirPods and pair them again.

In that case I’m not sure what the issue could be. Try to force restart the iPhone.
