Can't remove folders in Shortcuts app

Using Shortucts for first time, there were default folders like Zoom and Amazon and others. They are under a heading "App Shortcuts". I can't delete them. they don't come up in the list when I hit 'edit'. I've restarted the phone and deleted the app and reinstalled. Interestingly the same folders came up again insoide the Shortcuts App.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks

You cannot remove them. The folders in the section App Shortcuts are created automatically by applications that support shortcuts. You’d have to delete the application (Zoom, Amazon…) for them to disappear.
