My 20W Apple adapter not charging 15 plus

I’d wonder whether one of the chargers is having problems, or is maybe a counterfeit.

I too would make an appointment and bring it all into an Apple Store, cables, chargers, iPhones, all.

• You have two Apple 20W USB-C power adapters.
• You have two Apple charging cables: one is a USB-C to Lightning cable; the other is a USB-C to USB-C cable.

Are those correct?

If so, then:

• To be clear, we will use USB-C (12) for the adapter you got with your iPhone 12, and USB-C (15) for the one you got with your iPhone 15.
• USB-C (12) charges any phone that is equipped with a Lightning charging port.
• USB-C (12), with a USB-C charging cable, will not charge your iPhone 15.
• USB-C (15), the same USB-C charging cable, does charge the iPhone 15.

Are these correct?
